I am writing to you with regards to the advertised rental spaces on your website, being interested in renting out an open space in a central, prime location for the opening of the first F45 fitness studio in Bucharest Romania. Space requirements as per following criteria: - central, prime location , ideally Zone 1 Bucharest - open plan space ( minimum of 200 sqm, ideally 250 sqm) - ideally ground floor / could be upper levels as well - ideally new building with modern facilities and on site parking spaces - proximity to public transportation Thank you very much.
